1. Service
Skillify provides a decision-support API and console for approved customers. Outputs are research and workflow aids generated from permissioned expert heuristics. They are not a substitute for your own judgment, compliance process, or licensed advice.
2. No investment advice; non-reliance
Skillify does not provide investment advice, trading signals, order execution, broker routing, portfolio management, or client-asset management. Recommendations such as express, wait, hedge, no-trade, or reject are informational decision overlays only. You must not treat them as advice, solicitations, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. You remain solely responsible for trading, risk, and compliance decisions. You agree not to rely on Skillify outputs as the sole basis for any investment or trading action.
3. API keys and security
API keys authenticate your integrations. Treat each key as a secret: store it only in a secure environment variable or secrets manager, never in source control, chat, tickets, or client-side code. Skillify stores a hash and prefix only; the raw key is shown once at issuance. If a key may have leaked, revoke it immediately in the customer console and issue a replacement.
4. Acceptable use
You may call Skillify APIs only with credentials issued to your account, within granted capabilities and credit limits. You must not attempt to access private stores, raw expert intellectual property, prompts, service-role credentials, or other customers’ data. You must not reverse engineer or redistribute Skillify’s proprietary heuristics or routing logic.
5. Data you send
You are responsible for the lawfulness of packets and metadata you submit. Do not send secrets, personal data you are not entitled to process, or employer-confidential material unless your agreement expressly allows it.
6. Credits and commercial terms
Trial credits, if any, are discretionary and may change. Paid pilots and pricing are arranged by quote; the console does not publish a public price list or process card payments. Usage may be rate-limited or suspended for abuse, exhaustion of credits, or security risk.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as available for design-partner and pilot use. Features, limits, and these terms may change; continued key issuance or API use after a version update may require re-acceptance in the console.
