1. Who this covers
This notice applies to the Skillify customer console (including Google sign-in), API key management, credit/usage ledgers, and calls to Skillify decision APIs. The marketing site at skillify.so may present additional context; this product surface is the customer API console.
2. Data we process
- Google account identity used to sign in (email, name, subject id).
- API key metadata (prefix, label, status, timestamps) — never the raw key at rest.
- Request packets, decision-case summaries, and run logs needed to operate and improve the service.
- Credit balance and ledger entries for usage accounting.
- Legal acceptance timestamps and document versions.
3. How we use data
We use this information to authenticate you, issue and revoke keys, route approved capabilities, produce decision overlays, measure reliability, prevent abuse, and meet operational/security obligations. Expert heuristics and source documents remain in Skillify’s private backend; customers call Skillify APIs only and do not receive raw expert intellectual property dumps.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors (for example hosting, auth, or email infrastructure) may process data only to provide the service under our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.
5. Retention
Account, key metadata, acceptance records, and decision-run logs are retained while your pilot/account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, audit, and dispute resolution, unless a separate agreement sets different terms.
6. Security
Access to private stores uses server-side credentials. Publishable or anon clients are not used for customer secret material. You must protect API keys in your own environment; Skillify cannot retrieve a raw key after issuance.
7. Your choices
You may revoke API keys in the console, sign out, and contact Skillify operations to disable an account or discuss deletion/export requests appropriate to your design-partner agreement.
